Build Your Own Meditation Practice

For Build Your Own Meditation Practice: I bring together resources from psychology, yoga, Ayurveda and a layman’s fascination with quantum physics to satisfy students’ curiosity about the mind-body-soul interface and the process of remembering Who We Are.

A regular meditation practice first creates an oasis from the massive amounts of fatigue and stress most of us carry around every day. Then it takes us to more clarity as we remember our capacity to witness instead of reacting out our habitual reflexes. Then it takes us deeper, to our connection with the world around us and the ripple effect we have – consciously or not.

9 sessions* designed to give the tools to build your own regular meditation practice. At the end you’ll understand the physiology, psychology, philosophy and of course the techniques of a regular meditation practice.

Is now your time to follow through on your intention to remember more stillness and clarity in your life?

$150 for the 9 sessions includes follow up resources every week. Feel free to share, though space is limited to 6.

Possible participants can contact me at ssushamas@gmail.com or my cell 514-885-5813 Namaste, Sheila

* we will not meet on Monday October 9th because it’s Thanksgiving.
