Kristen Lillie


I work with adults and seniors to improve mobility, decrease pain, and optimize quality of life with physiotherapy treatments. My approach is to provide client-centered care by combining your goals with my experience to achieve the results you want. I am a strong believer in giving my clients the tools and knowledge to support ongoing self-treatment.



Exercise therapy, home-based physiotherapy, gait and balance training, postural education, therapeutic modalities, fall risk assessment and prevention, group classes, McKenzie approach, educational seminars, and manual therapy techniques.

Orthopedics issues (strains, sprains, joint pain), fractures, gait and balance problems, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, post-fall syndrome, cardiac and lung disease, neurological conditions, before and after joint replacement surgery, back pain, post surgery, postural imbalances, muscle weakness, and more.  


About Me

I graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. I have since practiced in Montreal, QC, and Florida, USA. I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, senior residences, and rehabilitation centers. I have experience treating adults and seniors with orthopedic issues, neurological and cardiac conditions, and post-operatively. I am an active member of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec. I have a love for working with older adults and I am passionate about enhancing the autonomy and well-being of our aging population through prevention, health promotion, and physical activity.
